Not under MOH, only Saudi private hospitals will accommodate Diplomas.
Why is that female are given more regards than male with equal qualifications.
Do you mean in Saudi or generally??.
If the former, it’s basically because of the Islamic religion and also the fact that they provide accomodation in form of a dormitory for their female nurses, and there’s no such provision for males yet. And we know that males and females can’t cohabit in their environment.
