We are seeking qualified nurses from Africa who are interested in working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our clients who are leading healthcare providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are looking for qualified nursing professionals to fill various positions in their hospitals across Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking dedicated, competent candidates who meet the qualifications, experience requirements, and recruitment conditions outlined below.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in the relevant speciality.
- Charge Nurse applicants must possess at least one (1) year of experience in a Senior Nurse or Charge Nurse role.
- Head Nurse applicants must possess a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a leadership position such as Senior Nurse, Charge Nurse, or Head Nurse.
- Candidates must be professionally competent, medically fit, and eligible for licensure requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Compensation and Benefits Package
Competitive employment package, including the following:
- Basic salary starting from SAR 4,200 per month.
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month.
- Critical care allowance of SAR 300 to SAR 500 per month, based on speciality assignment.
- Administrative Allowance, where applicable.
- Furnished accommodation provided by the Company.
- Company transportation.
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
- Initial joining airfare to Saudi Arabia.
- Return airfare every two (2) years of completed service.
- Social Insurance coverage in accordance with Saudi regulations.
- Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Probation Period: 90 days, subject to extension as permitted by Saudi Labor Law.
- Total package: between SAR 4500 ($ 1,197) – SAR 6,500 ($ 1,729)
- Two years contract renewable
Work Locations
Selected candidates may be assigned to any of the Company’s healthcare facilities in the following locations:
- Riyadh
- Madinah
- Abha
- Khamis Mushait
- Qassim
- Muhayil Aseer
- Jazan
Recruitment Process Requirements
- Candidates must hold a valid Prometric Examination pass result or eligibility number, subject to prior approval by the Employer.
- All candidates will undergo professional screening and interviews before final selection.
- Visa processing, authorization, and deployment procedures will be coordinated.
General Conditions
- Annual leave, overtime compensation, end-of-service benefits, and all other employment entitlements will be governed by the Labor Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Company’s internal policies.
- The final employment relationship will be governed by the employment contract approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) of Saudi Arabia.
- The Employer reserves the right to determine final placement, department assignment, and salary classification based on qualifications, experience, and operational requirements.
